Service

These terms govern the relationship between VueChat ("we", "us", "our") and any creator or individual who uses our services or submits an application. By working with VueChat, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

VueChat is a boutique creator management agency based in the United Kingdom. We provide account management, chatting, marketing, and content strategy services for adult content creators, primarily on the OnlyFans platform. Contact: hello@usevuechat.com.

2. Our Services

VueChat offers the following services to creators we accept onto our roster:

  • Chat Management — professional operators managing your DMs and fan interactions on your behalf
  • Marketing — social media growth, content direction, and platform strategy
  • Content Strategy — niche positioning, posting schedules, and content briefs

The specific services provided to each creator are agreed in writing before the working relationship begins. VueChat reserves the right to adjust the scope of services based on performance and mutual agreement.

3. Account Ownership

Your creator account remains yours at all times. VueChat works within your account — we do not take ownership of it, and access is granted by you and can be revoked by you at any time. We will never transfer, sell, or lock your account.

4. Revenue Share

VueChat operates on a revenue share model. No upfront fees are charged. The specific revenue split is agreed between VueChat and the creator before services begin and is documented in a separate written agreement. Standard terms are:

  • 50% to VueChat for account management and chatting services
  • 40% retained by the creator
  • 10% to any applicable referral party (where relevant)

These percentages may vary depending on the services agreed. Earnings are calculated based on net platform revenue after platform fees.

5. Contract Duration & Termination

VueChat operates on a 14-day rolling contract. Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice via email to hello@usevuechat.com. During the notice period, services continue as normal. There are no exit penalties, lock-in fees, or conditions attached to leaving.

6. Referral Programme

VueChat operates a referral scheme where individuals who refer new creators may be entitled to a cash payment. The referral reward (currently £300) is paid once the referred creator reaches £500 in total earnings through VueChat. VueChat reserves the right to modify or end the referral programme at any time. Referral rewards are non-transferable.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the working relationship. This includes earnings data, account details, strategies, and personal information. This obligation continues after the termination of the agreement.

8. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator working with VueChat, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in your application and onboarding
  • Grant VueChat the access required to perform agreed services
  • Comply with the terms of service of any platform (including OnlyFans) you operate on
  • Notify VueChat promptly of any changes affecting your account
  • Ensure all content you produce and share complies with applicable laws

9. Adult Content

VueChat works within the adult content creator industry. All creators we work with must be aged 18 or over and must comply with the age verification and content requirements of any platform they operate on. VueChat does not produce content and is not responsible for the content created by the creators we represent.

10. Limitation of Liability

VueChat provides management and marketing services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific earnings levels or growth outcomes. VueChat shall not be liable for:

  • Changes to platform algorithms, policies, or fee structures
  • Account suspension or removal by third-party platforms
  • Loss of earnings due to factors outside our control

Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the revenue share paid to VueChat in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content created by the creator remains the creator's intellectual property. VueChat may use anonymised performance data for internal purposes. We will not use your likeness, name, or content for promotional purposes without your explicit written consent.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
